The holidays might just be the perfect moment for adults to reconnect with their inner child and feel that same joy and carefreeness they once took for granted. Exploring this part of ourselves doesn’t make us childish or naive, but quite the opposite.
Psychology suggests that our “inner child” represents the part of us that holds molt vulnerability and reconnecting with it creates stability, helping us to get over past wounds, for example.

Avete mai visto la classica tradizione dei film natalizi di regalare maglioni? E avete sempre pensato che fossero piuttosto brutti come regali, vero? Se è così, questo articolo è per voi e potrebbe farvi cambiare idea.
È ormai risaputo che le mamme e le nonne adorano lavorare a maglia o acquistare quei maglioni stravaganti e che danno prurito, ed è ancora più certo che i bambini – ma anche gli adulti – non spesso li apprezzano. Credo però che sia finalmente giunto il momento di sfatare questo mito e quale potrebbe essere una scusa migliore dei personaggi Disney?
Il celebre e iconico brand ha creato una collezione per celebrare le feste, collaborando con MC2 Saint Barth per alcuni capi, ed è già destinata a diventare uno dei must have di questa stagione.
Il Natale è l’occasione perfetta per riscoprire il proprio bambino interiore e, grazie a Disney, provare ancora una volta quella gioia e spensieratezza che si davano per scontate.
Non dovete pensare che esplorare questa parte di noi stessi ci renda infantili o ingenui, anzi: gli psicologi ritengono che questo nostro inner child sia la parte che racchiude la nostra vulnerabilità e riconnettersi con essa può creare stabilità emotiva, aiutandoci, per esempio, a superare le ferite del passato che ci appesantiscono da anni.

Con questo maglione, Minnie e Topolino aggiungeranno un tocco romantico agli outfit natalizi: non è troppo sdolcinato ed è facile da abbinare anche in altre occasioni oltre al 25 dicembre e questo lo rende la scelta più sicura (e dolce) per fare colpo!
